DAC 7.9.6.4.Data Warehousing tables create process got changed

In 7.9.6.3, when you create data ware house tables you have to provide target data base information to connect and create the tables.

But in 7.9.6.4, you can not see the table owner  password , ODBC data Source and Tablespace boxes.

But it uses source and target data base connection information that  you have provided in the Physical Source tab.of the DAC

Process in DAC 7.9.6.4

   

Step 1. Go to tools-->ETL MAnagement--->Configure

Step 2. Select Source and Target database types. Here i selected both as Oracle because i have selected both target and source as Oracle at the time of metadata import. click on Ok.

Step 3.if you are setting up it first time then select generate create statement for data warehouse tables. Click on Next.

  Step 4. In the Data Warehouse SQL(it is replaced Data warehouse tab) you have to select the Physical Source type like Siebel8.1 or 8.6 or whatever your source is. Based on the source DAC will generate the scripts for Data Warehouse. If you select the execute option in the tab and click start then DAC will get the source and target connection information(Ex source is Siebel8.1.1 and Target is Data warehouse in the Physical source tab) from Physical source tab and execute the scripts to create DW. here i did not provide source and target connection information in the Physical source tab so i did not select the execution option. 

if you do not select execution option, then it will generate the scripts in the log file.
